It all began on a warm, sunny holiday afternoon. While relaxing, my eyes fell on a plant in our garden—gifted to us by a relative from Kuwait. I couldn’t help but wonder: “What is this plant that stays so lush and beautiful through the scorching summers and dry winters of Khuzestan?”
At that time, I was actively involved in entrepreneurship projects, working as a contractor on municipal initiatives in Khuzestan. I always aimed to employ individuals from underprivileged backgrounds—those with limited income or without jobs—so that our projects could both succeed and create meaningful employment.
One morning, I woke up with a new idea: to introduce this resilient plant to our local municipality. I visited the head of District One, with whom I had a good working relationship, and shared my thoughts. Their enthusiasm encouraged me to take the idea further.
I decided to gift several of these plants—called Moorood—to the municipality. The positive response was overwhelming, and soon I began receiving more orders. Gradually, this hardy plant spread across our district, transforming the dry, hot landscape of Ahvaz, and eventually reaching other cities across Khuzestan.
That was the spark that ignited my very first venture in the world of plants—a journey that continues to grow, rooted in passion and purpose.
